Story concept behind this illustration:

This is a story of a 'Cinderella' in the sea. The strange blue gourd is about to transform into an underwater chariot, while her short skirt is becoming her ballgown. The dolphins will soon be turned into strange steeds as she's whisked away to the underwater palace to attend the ball.
