"Dark Blossom" Book Cover Design

"Dark Blossom' is the latest novel by Neel Mullick. He requested my services through Design Crowd's online contest.

The brief stated the book cover had to have a dark slate background, Sweet William flowers coming from a broken glass vase, the name “Dark Blossom” at the top and the author name at the bottom, both highlighted in gold coloured text.

The text for the back cover and the publishing logo were not supplied, so I subbed with Lorem Ipsum text.

I created two text colour versions for the book.
