The Beast and the Fishermann's Maid

Story concept behind this illustration:

This is a children's story about a poor maid who works for a cruel fisherman. One day, while gathering the fishing nets by the shore she slips and falls into the sea. A great beast pulls her in and takes her on a journey where the maid finds her courage to leave her post as the fisherman's maid.
